Shipping policy

We offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations.

UK shipping

Choose from the following delivery options at checkout:

  • Standard Delivery - £10
    Estimated delivery within 3 - 5 working days.

  • DHL Express Next-Day Delivery - £15
    Free on orders over £75.

Orders are dispatched on the next working day. Deliveries take place on working days only, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Please note that next-day delivery refers to the next working day following dispatch. Orders placed on a Friday, over a weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next available working day.

If you require a special delivery arrangement, such as weekend delivery, please contact us before placing your order at contact@fellmoreboots.com. We will be happy to advise whether your preferred arrangement is available and whether an additional charge applies.

International shipping

International shipping is available to selected destinations. The available delivery options and shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected service. Local customs processing may occasionally affect the estimated delivery time.

Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees imposed by the destination country are not included in our shipping charge and may be payable by the recipient.

Order tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive your tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow a short time for the carrier’s tracking information to become active.

Delivery details

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at contact@fellmoreboots.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to amend its delivery details.
